Konstruct (konstruct.onepixeldigital.com) is operated by OnePixel Digital in the Philippines. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share personal information when you use our website, create an account, browse the directory, request quotes, or list a business during our early-access period.

Account and profile data: name, email address, password (stored securely by our auth provider), role (client or contractor), and optional profile fields such as phone, location, project preferences, and avatar.

Business listing data (contractors): company name, description, services, coverage areas, contact details, portfolio media, verification documents when submitted, and billing-related information for subscription plans.

Directory activity: quote and consultation requests, inquiries, reviews, saved companies, notification preferences, and consent timestamps (e.g. terms acceptance, newsletter opt-in).

Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and cookies or similar technologies used for session management, security (including bot protection), and basic analytics during early access.

We use personal information to:

• Provide and improve the directory, accounts, and contractor platform
• Route inquiries and quote requests between clients and contractors
• Send service, security, and account-related emails
• Send newsletters and product updates to users who have consented (required for client registration; optional for contractors who opt in)
• Review listings, handle verification, and maintain trust and safety
• Process manual subscription payments and billing communications for contractor plans
• Comply with law and enforce our Terms of Service

We process data to perform our contract with you (providing the service), based on your consent (e.g. marketing emails), and where necessary for legitimate interests such as security, fraud prevention, and improving the directory — balanced against your rights.

Client accounts include consent to Konstruct newsletter and product-update emails at registration. You may withdraw marketing consent via unsubscribe links in emails or by contacting us.

Between users: information you submit in quotes, inquiries, or public reviews may be visible to the relevant contractor or, for reviews, other directory visitors according to product design.

Service providers: we use trusted processors to run Konstruct, including:

• Supabase — authentication, database, and file storage (profile, listings, inquiries)
• Vercel — website hosting and delivery
• Resend — transactional email, admin notifications, and newsletter/broadcast contacts for users who opted in
• Cloudflare Turnstile (when enabled) — bot protection on login and registration

We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose data if required by law or to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of the platform.

We retain account and listing data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to resolve disputes, meet legal obligations, and maintain directory integrity (e.g. archived reviews). You may request deletion as described below.

We use industry-standard measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, and row-level security in our database. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; please use a strong password and keep login details confidential.

You may:

• Access and update profile information in your account settings where available
• Unsubscribe from marketing emails via the link in each message
• Request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by emailing [email protected]

We will respond to verified requests within a reasonable time, subject to legal retention requirements and ongoing disputes or safety needs.

We use essential cookies and local storage for authentication sessions and preferences. Optional analytics or marketing cookies may be introduced as the product matures; we will update this policy when that occurs.

Konstruct is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. Contact us if you believe a minor has registered an account.

Konstruct focuses on Philippine construction and serves users in the Philippines and abroad (including overseas Filipinos researching builders remotely). Data may be processed in the Philippines and in countries where our service providers operate, with appropriate safeguards.

We may update this Privacy Policy as Konstruct evolves during early access. The effective date at the top of this page indicates the current version.
