Terms of Service

Konstruct (konstruct.onepixeldigital.com) is an online directory and early-access platform operated by OnePixel Digital ("we", "us", "Konstruct"). We help homeowners, businesses, and overseas Filipinos discover construction and renovation companies in the Philippines, compare profiles, and request quotes or consultations. Contractors can list their businesses, manage profiles, and receive leads.

Konstruct is currently in early access. Features, listings, and pricing may change as we grow the directory. By creating an account or using the site, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

Client accounts are for individuals and organizations looking to browse the directory, save inquiries, request quotes, leave reviews, and communicate with listed contractors.

Contractor accounts are for construction and renovation businesses (and their authorized representatives) who wish to claim or create a company listing, manage portfolio and business information, and receive leads through the platform.

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. One person or business may not maintain multiple accounts to manipulate listings, reviews, or search results.

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or defamatory content about companies or other users
• Harass, spam, or solicit users outside normal directory and quote workflows
• Scrape, bulk-harvest, or reverse-engineer the platform without permission
• Impersonate another person, business, or Konstruct staff
• Use the service for unlawful purposes or to circumvent verification or billing
• Submit reviews or inquiries that are not based on genuine experience or intent

We may suspend or remove accounts or content that violate these rules or harm trust in the directory.

When you create a client account, you agree to receive Konstruct product updates, newsletter emails, and occasional announcements about the directory, new features, and relevant construction-market content. Your registration email may also be used for account-related messages (e.g. inquiry updates, security notices).

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in each email or in your account settings. Unsubscribing from marketing does not affect essential service or security emails tied to your account.

Contractors are responsible for the accuracy and legality of all information on their company profile, including business name, location, services, portfolio images, pricing signals, licenses, and contact details. You represent that you are authorized to represent the business you list.

Konstruct may review listings before or after publication. We may reject, unpublish, or request changes to profiles that appear incomplete, misleading, duplicated, or inconsistent with our directory standards. Verification badges and featured placement, when offered, reflect our review at a point in time and do not guarantee ongoing compliance.

Contractors on paid plans remain subject to applicable billing terms shown at checkout or in the platform billing area. Failure to pay may limit listing visibility or platform access according to plan rules.

Konstruct facilitates discovery and initial contact. We do not employ contractors, supervise job sites, or guarantee the quality, timing, or outcome of any project. Any agreement, payment, or dispute between a client and a contractor is solely between those parties.

Reviews must reflect genuine project experience. We may remove or flag reviews that appear fraudulent, retaliatory, or off-topic. Contractors may respond publicly to reviews in accordance with platform guidelines.

We do not guarantee that clients will find a suitable contractor, that contractors will receive leads, or that any particular business result will occur. Directory rankings, visibility, and early-access features may change. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis during early access.

Konstruct's branding, software, and site design are owned by OnePixel Digital or its licensors. Contractors retain ownership of content they upload (logos, photos, descriptions) and grant Konstruct a non-exclusive license to display that content on the directory and in related marketing for the service.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, OnePixel Digital and Konstruct shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the platform or reliance on any listing, review, or communication.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid Konstruct in the twelve months before the claim, or (b) five hundred Philippine pesos (PHP 500), except where liability cannot be limited under Philippine law.

You may stop using Konstruct and request account deletion by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, legal requirements, or to protect the directory and its users.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We may require re-acceptance for certain changes in the future.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Metro Manila, Philippines, unless mandatory consumer protection rules require otherwise.
